What if I need more time than my tier includes?

We'll let you know during the session and you can either book additional time, upgrade your tier, or schedule a follow-up engagement.

Do you give refunds?

If we can't help with your issue (e.g., it's out of scope), we refund in full. Otherwise, all sessions are non-refundable once delivered.

How quickly will you respond?

Tiers 1-3: within one business day. Tier 4 (Emergency): same-day, often within hours.

Do you need access to my HubSpot portal?

Only for Tier 2 and above. Tier 1 is screen-share only — we never touch your portal.

What HubSpot Hubs do you support?

All of them: Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Data Hub, Content Hub, and Commerce Hub.

Can I become a regular client?

Absolutely. If you find yourself calling the Hotline often, we can scope a retainer or larger engagement that fits your needs.
